Sales Executive at Zoios
As a Sales Executive at Zoios you will interact and build rapport with CEOs, COOs, HR managers and Head of People & Culture in the SMB & mid market. You will primarily rely on a lead gen engine providing warm prospects, but you should also be ready to take on the responsibility of building pipeline yourself. During the next 12 months you will:
- Spend 75% of your time managing demo meetings generated by our marketing efforts
- Spend 25% of your time chasing your own deals (network, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Become a HR and People Operations expert and understand the trends and ways of working in modern organizations
- Craft a strong pitch and understanding of ICP - we will support you all the way.
- Build and maintain strong pipeline
- Have a consultative approach to ensure strong relationships with prospects and building brand.
And the best of it all - by leading the commercial expansion of Zoios you will also be the catalyst that makes stakeholders turn their organisations into the best workplace for their unique employees.
- Preferably, you have experience as a Sales Rep., Account- or Sales Executive (read: not a requirement).
- Perhaps, you have been working in a recruiting or HR-related agency with bringing in new clients and projects.
- You like solving problems and challenges and find yourself coming up with solutions while others are still trying to understand the problem.
- You find it natural to communicate and connect with people in meetings. You get your energy from interacting with people.
- You are result-oriented and hate to lose.
- You have an interest in well-being and mental health and is determined to bring value to prospects.
- Perhaps, you have a dream of becoming VP, run a Sales Department and driving Sales internationally.
