At its core, Zoios is a workflow and analytics tool for HR & leadership where intuitive data visualisation and workflows are paramount. We care deeply about great product. For us, it’s both how it works under the hood, how it looks - and how well the experience empower the client to achieve their outcome. We have developed Zoios to be a high quality application requiring a minimum of maintenance, that frees time and resources for us to move fast. We are determined to continue on and improve this track.
As a Senior Software engineer, You will become a part of a dedicated and passionate Product team consisting of a Product manager, a Product designer and a Software engineer (Tech Lead). You will be working closely with the Tech lead, around the codebase and be in close contact with PM and product designer on technical discovery and scoping. We will make sure you have the necessary setup and conditions you need to do great, with that you will have a lot of freedom to take responsibility and drive development.
