We always send surveys on Tuesdays and we aim for the middle of the month. Both these factors are to ensure as objective and comparable measurements as possible between surveys. Improved scientific accuracy matters.

We have made it so that you can easily run automatic surveys, but you can also skip some months, decide to only survey quarterly or build your own custom schedule.
