What is a People Strategy Consultant?

Fair, we will provide the context and unfold it a bit. Zoios was founded in February of 2021 with the vision of uniting employee well-being with business performance. Today, we empower companies with real-time data and insights on what drives employee well-being. We help companies make rightful actions that create better experiences for the employees as well as for the bottom line of the business - a true win-win.

However, if well-being data and insights are not turned into actions, initiatives, or change, it all becomes meaningless. This is where you enter. As a People Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of companies who have chosen to use our software. Your core tasks will be to:

• Help your portfolio of companies understand their analytics, derive insights, build strategies for well-being, and design initiatives.
• Run workshops for HR managers, People & Culture specialists, and leaders
• Have continuous dialogue and relationships with everyone in your portfolio to ensure they have what they need to succeed with Zoios.
• Create and develop strategic HR material and extend the Zoios solution.
• Solve challenges related to leadership and People & Culture

About you

• Preferably, you have experience in one or several crafts: People and culture, Leadership Development, Change Management, and/or HR.
• You like solving problems and challenges, and you find yourself coming up with ideas and solutions while others are still trying to understand the problem.
• You find it easy to communicate and connect with people in meetings as well as get energy from interacting with people.
• You have a passion for mental health and well-being and are determined to help our customers create the best workplace for their employees.
• You are flexible when things aren’t going as expected.

About your team

As a People Strategy Consultant at Zoios, you will get a rare insight into what it is like to be a growth company. You will become a part of our Consulting team, where you will report to Niels Vium, and you will also be working closely with our founders.
