What is a People Analytics Consultant?

Fair, we will provide the context and unfold it a bit. Zoios was founded in February of 2021 with the vision of uniting employee well-being and happiness with business performance. Today, we empower companies with real-time data and insights on what drives employee well-being. To enable organizations to make rightful actions that create a better everyday for the employees and the bottom line of the business - a true win-win.

However, if well-being data and insights are not turned into actions, initiatives and change it all becomes meaningless - this is where you enter. As a People Analytics Consultant in Zoios you will have a portfolio of customers for which you will:

• Run onboarding workshops for Zoios stakeholders (HR managers, People & Culture specialist, etc.) as well as managers.
• Help stakeholders understand their analytics, derive insights, build strategies for well-being and engagement, and design initiatives.
• Have continuous dialogue and relationships with stakeholders
• Create and develop strategic HR material and extend the Zoios solution  
• Solve People & Culture related problems and brainstorm on initiatives with customers.

About you 

• Preferably, you have experience from one or several crafts: Organizational design, people and culture, HR, recruiting and/or management.
• You like solving problems and challenges and you find yourself coming up with solutions while others are still trying to understand the problem.
• You find it easy to communicate and connect with people in meetings. You get your energy from interacting with people.
• You have a passion for mental health and well-being and is determined to help our customers create the best workplace for their employees.
• Perhaps, you have a dream to run a People Consulting department at some point, not as a supporting unit, but as a People strategy & advisory unit.
