Can we stay on the free plan forever? What's the catch? 

Yes, you can. There is no "catch" or expiration date. Our Free Plan is designed to provide genuine value for companies ot teams starting out.

We offer this because we want you to fall in love with the product at your own pace, and want you to use Zoios instead of a poor Google Forms like setup.

As your organization grows and you need more advanced features - like deeper insights or Action Plans you can choose to upgrade. Until then, we’re happy to have you on board for as long as you need.

For how long can we try the pro plan for free?

Take all the time you need to get comfortable. We don’t start the clock while you’re setting up your account, importing your team, or exploring the dashboard.

Your free month (trial) of Zoios Pro only officially kicks off the month you send your first survey. This way, you get a fair month to analyze real data and test out every premium feature before deciding to subscribe.

How do I know which plan is right for our company?

Choosing the right plan depends on how you intend to use the data you gather and on many other variables, but here are some guiding principles:

Free Plan
Perfect if you are hesitant, engagement isn't a top priority yet, budgets are tight, or you are a small team that just needs the essentials like eNPS and pulse surveys.

Pro Plan
Best for organizations that want to move beyond measurement and into improvement. Choose Pro if you need driver heatmaps, proactive stress alerts, and action recommendations to help your managers lead more effectively.

Enterprise Plan
Designed for companies with advanced reporting needs - such as ESG compliance and bespoke insights - or those requiring elevated security and priority SLA support.

Can we pay quarterly instead of annually?

We only offer annual plans. Because we focus on long-term organizational health, we value deep, predictable collaborations with our partners. By sticking to annual billing, we can keep our out-of-the-box product free of hidden fees or "gotcha" surcharges. To ensure you’re 100% confident before committing, we provide a full month of Pro for free starting with your first survey.

What about seats? How many people can get access to the platform?

There is no limit. We believe insights are most powerful when they are shared, so we never charge for extra "seats" or admin accounts. You can invite your entire leadership team, every manager, or even every single employee if you want to foster a culture of radical transparency. You maintain full control over permissions, deciding exactly who can see and access specific data points.

How Zoios works

Getting started with Zoios is easy and you can trial our pro plan for free. You can also continue to measure employee satisfaction for free on our starter plan.

Set up your employees

Import all your employees from an Excel or CSV file. We'll help you do this free of charge within a day to avoid technical issues.

If you have an HR-IS system we can also set up an integration that automatically syncs employee information from your HR system to the Zoios platform.

Add any segmentation that you might want like gender, generation or level.

Communicate it internally

Make sure your managers are aware that you're introducing this system to get an overview of the organization and be more proactive on employee trends, not to monitor their individual performance.

Communicate it at an all-hands or town hall meeting. Let employees know you'll start measuring more actively and need their input. We have a presentation template you can use that covers anonymity practices, timing and what to expect.

To run your survey you decide what day you want it to be sent, and then Zoios manages all the sending and follow-ups with employees automatically.

If you use Slack then add that integration in just four clicks before the date of your survey.

The system automatically enforces anonymity, so results from any groups that are too small will not be visible.
